Feel the ocean spray from your garden with a celebratory getaway in this spacious beachfront property. Set in the sleepy seaside village of Creswell on the scenic coast of Northumbria, mark your special occasion in this inviting abode that hosts up to eight people across four rooms – plus space for a couple of honorary furry guests. Amble down your private path to the sweeping shores of Cresswell Beach and watch the little ones play. Feel the sand between your toes as you sip an ice-cold sundowner with old friends. For a hit of nostalgic seaside fun, scope out the Creswell ice cream parlour right next door – guaranteed to get the tots, teens, and big kids grinning.

This three-storey property features a modern interior with large social spaces, understated nautical design details, and cool neutral tones throughout. Kick off shoes and hang sandy leads in the hallway then sink onto the large, padded sofas with a brew and crack open the chocolates. In chillier months, warm toes and paws in front of the crackling wood burner and gossip over an aperitif. Fire up the Smart TV and unwind together with a family favourite movie. As evening approaches, congregate in the kitchen/diner and assist the resident chef with prepping an indulgent supper in the sleek handless kitchen. Perch at the bar stools with some pre-dinner nibbles or shake up a selection of speciality cocktails. With tantalising scents drifting in the air, gather around the table, pop a bottle of bubbly, and while away the evening wining and dining with great company. On summer evenings, slide open the bifold doors for a balmy dining experience. Retreat to the light-dappled sleeping areas, consisting of three airy bedrooms on the first floor, two with glistening sea views. On the third floor is an en-suite master room with breathtaking ocean vistas visible from the arched picture window and a glass-fronted balcony. Perch here with your morning coffee, follow the stone steps to the outdoor seating area for an al fresco breakfast spread on the beachfront, or escape to the summer house with a holiday read.

We had a fabulous week. Very comfortable, spacious and brilliant location. We like to cook at home so used the slow cooker as well as baked cakes and puddings. Found baking trays and dishes really useful. Extra blankets were useful at this time of year. It was very clean and tidy.

Beautiful, well equipped holiday home. The views were stunning and we loved sitting out by the fire pit even in February! Very lucky to spit some seals out swimming and plenty of other wildlife.

Loved the house. Perfectly positioned and so comfortable. It was a joy to go back to after some great walks in the area. Enjoyed sitting in the garden watching the sea come in as the sun went down.

Beautiful property. Spacious and bright. Fabulous location. Good to have dog bowls available and utility area/hose outside works really well to clean dog off before entering the house. Toys and books for children were a great addition for families. Kitchen well equipped, including plastic cutlery etc for children and plenty of glasses/mug/ plates.

It is a beautiful and spacious holiday home. Great attention to detail has been shown to provide a tastefully decorated home with many excellent touches. The large well equipped kitchen and dining area enabled the family to dine comfortably with sufficient space for three cooks to work together in preparing and cooking our meals. The gardens and ouRead moretdoor seating enabled an excellent panoramic view out over the beautiful beech. We really enjoyed our time there. Hide
