Entering this light, welcoming property, the hallway leads you along and down a couple of steps into the fresh and airy lounge. With a Smart TV and plenty of seating, this is an ideal space for everyone to unwind in after a fantastic day making the most of Newquay’s numerous attractions. Next door is the bright and sleek kitchen/diner, with a sociable dining table and a beautifully arranged and fully equipped kitchen making a wonderful space for cooking and sharing a special family meal together. The ground floor also has the first of the property’s four relaxing bedrooms: a sweet king-size room, along with a family bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the invigorating shower room and the final three bedrooms: a cheerful bunk bedroom, a delightful twin and a super-king-size room with a charming balcony with furniture and views overlooking Newquay. French doors lead out from the lounge onto the raised decked terrace which overlooks the lower patio, reached via a few steps. Both spaces have plenty of outdoor furniture and a BBQ, providing a fantastic, spacious area for you all to sit outside and enjoy a drink or dine alfresco on a summer’s evening.

The property is ideally situated just a quarter of a mile from the bustling town centre of Newquay, where you will find a fabulous range of great pubs, bars, shops, cafes and restaurants. As well as Great Western Beach, the property is less than a mile from both Towan Beach and Newquay Beach, with Fistral Beach and Porth Beach both within a couple of miles. Other attractions in this popular resort include Newquay Zoo, Newquay Leisure World, Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Orchard. Attractions away from the town include Dairyland Farm Park, the National Trust property of Trerice, and Lappa Valley, all within 5 miles. Heading along the coastline, you can travel north to Mawgan Porth and Padstow, or south west, along the glorious St Agnes Heritage Coast, to St Agnes Head and Porthtowan, all within 16 miles.

This house was fabulous and spacious, so useful if you have a dog! The garden was securely enclosed so there was a peace of mind knowing Max couldn't escape. It was in a very quiet road, but 5 minutes to the shops, restaurants and bars. Ideal location, everything is on your doorstep.
