Set over three storeys, this charming property sleeps up to eight guests and two dogs, and is a perfect destination to get extended family or a larger group of friends together. The sleeping arrangements are set out over four bedrooms, one of which is a super-king-size with a zip-and-link bed to ensure both couples and friends are comfortably catered for. Keen surfers will adore spending time here, with a shared surfboard storage area and only walking distance from a small selection of impressive beaches. For those who don’t fancy donning a wetsuit, there are plenty of other nearby attractions to fill your time. Spend time hiking the South West Coast Path or exploring fantastic nearby towns and villages.

With antique decor and a homely aesthetic throughout, this three-storey holiday home offers a stylish and comfortable place to call your own. Step inside to be greeted by the traditional kitchen/diner, a farmhouse-style space with a generous country dining table and a thoroughly equipped kitchen. A hearty breakfast on cold winter mornings can be enjoyed at the dining table beside the warming wood burner. Head up to the first floor where you’ll find the lounge and the first of the bedrooms, a lovingly presented king-size with pretty views. The attractive lounge boasts mid-century styling with comfy sofas, a Smart TV and an open fire. Get cosy in cold weather or throw open the French doors and step out onto the balcony when the sun shines. An additional balcony can be found up a flight of stairs off the ground floor, and both balconies boast a lovely space to sit with a morning coffee. Head to the top of the house to find three further bedrooms. Situated on the second floor, these bedrooms are laid out as a double, a twin and a super-king-size which can be made up as a twin on request.

A wonderful spot for exploring nearby beauty spots, simply jump in the car to visit Ilfracombe (6 miles), Combe Martin (10.5 miles), Barnstaple (14 miles), Appledore and Westward Ho! (both 25 miles). So many of Devon’s beautiful areas are connected by the South West Coast Path (0.5 miles) and the Tarka Trail, each offering an extended route for walking or cycling. For trips to the beach, stay close to home and discover a selection of golden sand shores within walking distance. The closest is Grunta Beach (0.5 miles), a secret sandy cove with rock pools and surrounding cliffs, whilst family favourite Woolacombe Beach is just a little further away (1 mile).

Great communication from the owner. House was lovely, we really appreciated all the little 'extras' around the house that made it feel like a home and helped make us feel very welcome.

Fabulous, clean & characterful house in a lovely village. The property is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, for playing games with the family or for a day at the beach. There are stunning walks and beaches within a stone's throw of the house, two pubs, and two restaurants (one great for dinner and a NT restaurant, great foRead morer afternoon tea and light lunches). The shops sell pasties and all other essential items for those long hikes along the SW Path. Loved our week here! Hide

We had a great stay, despite the weather. The house is brilliantly laid out and stocked with everything you would need for the perfect comfortable home from home stay. The coast walks were incredible and you are so close to so many amenities both locally and in Woolacombe which is so close. Overall very satisfied with the property. Because of the layout it meant we had enough space for the whole family. Parking outside the property and the parking permits helped a lot. Location was very peaceful with lovely views. The property could do with updating to make it a complete holiday feel and value for money.

The house was ideally placed for our family holiday - Woolacombe was a short walk away and the village had some great places for food / refreshment. We had 3 generations staying and the family dog with the house being spacious enough that we werent tripping over ourselves. The parking was also very handy as this is always a challenge locally! WouldRead morent hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for something near enough to Woolacombe to get there easily but not in the busy tourist area Hide

Just perfect. Tanya has thought of every detail. Beautifully furnished with a mix of old and new items. Soft towels and bedding. We especially liked the fact that the kitchen is really well equipped for large groups. Super-helpful to have parking permits for the carpark in the village.
