Benefiting from optimal countryside views from the windows upstairs, the living spaces can be found on the first floor in this thoughtfully laid-out property. A lovely lounge with plenty of comfy seating positioned around a Smart TV and wood burner is set beneath the eaves. Retire here after a hearty meal prepared in the adjacent kitchen and taken at the country-style breakfast table. Head back downstairs onto the ground floor to discover four comfortable bedrooms along with access to the garden. Two king size bedrooms, one double and one twin each welcome two guests for a quality night's sleep, and are served by two downstairs bathrooms. Just off the A30 and within easy reach of so many Cornish attractions, this property is superbly located for getting the very best out of this amazing area. Offering amenities and entertainment, the town of Bodmin is just 2.5 miles from home. Here, you’ll find an independent cinema, a historic jail attraction and the Grade II-listed Army Museum. The town is also the starting point for the sprawling Camel Trail, a wonderful 18-mile cycle route that’ll lead keen riders all the way to coastal Padstow (21.5 miles). Speaking of the coast, discover magnificent beaches on both the north and south coasts, exploring the wide, sandy beach at Carlyon Bay (9.5 miles) and the surfer’s favourite, Harlyn Bay (22 miles). Other nearby attractions include the Eden Project (8 miles), Wheal Martyn Clay Works (8.5 miles) and the Camel Creek Family Theme Park (17 miles).

Fantastic location for exploring. Property is clean, warm, very comfortable and has everything you could need. The hot tub is perfect after a full day of walking. Garden is fully enclosed which was great for the dogs. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, a beautiful cottage with great facilities and ideally placed for day trips out exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Would strongly recommend and would love to stay again in future.

Fantastic cottage in a great location. Excellent communication with the owners. Had everything we needed and more. Welcome hamper was a really nice touch to our stay. Hot tub was heaven after a long day exploring Cornwall. Would definitely recommend.
