The formal dining table is in the conservatory, a delightful spot in which to linger as you recount your day’s adventures. And don’t worry about warmth in winter - the room has underfloor heating for cosy toes all year round. This room leads straight into the kitchen, which has everything necessary for cooking up delicious group suppers, with a breakfast table at the far end for quick and easy dining. A separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer will help you keep on top of laundry, and there’s a handy WC, too. The bedrooms - three doubles and a twin - possess the same calm ambience as the rest of the house, and each has its own en-suite bathroom with a rainfall power shower and underfloor heating. For relaxing tired muscles the hot tub on the patio seats six people, and the outside space also includes a one-acre paddock which would be perfect for a family kickabout or playing catch. Please note that the owners live in an adjacent barn.
