Just a couple of miles from some glorious sandy beaches, this elegant residence sits on the outskirts of a 50-acre farm complex with a range of fantastic facilities onsite including an outdoor play area, sports barn, tennis court, fitness suite, pitch-n-putt course and fishing.

Stepping into this light-filled coastal retreat, the stylishly arranged open-plan lounge/diner provides a fantastic space for everyone to get together and unwind. Featuring a Smart TV and cosy sofas, the lounge is a bright and welcoming space, perfect for sitting back after enjoying a fantastic family meal around the welcoming and sociable dining table. The coolly decorated kitchen has a wealth of useful equipment along with a handy breakfast bar. There’s also an additional snug where you can get away to catch up with a good book or watch a movie, and a games room where you can play pool and table tennis. When it’s time to retire for the night, there are five comfortable bedrooms to choose from: there are two twin rooms which share a wet room, and three lovely king-size rooms, all with en-suite facilities. Bi-fold doors lead you out into the large and enclosed garden. A decked area surrounds the property, with a couple of seating areas with outdoor furniture, providing some delightful spots for sitting back and dining alfresco while admiring the superb views.

During the warmer months, the farm complex offers a number of additional facilities, including a farm shop, restaurant, takeaway and tractor tours. Heading into the popular resort of Bude (2.5 miles) you will find a choice of great places to eat and drink, as well as a range of amusements, shops and activities. Bude is home to some beautiful beaches including Crooklets, Sandymouth and Summerleaze, ideal for surfing, swimming, sunbathing and rock pooling. Walking groups can follow the South West Coast Path immediately to the north to explore the beautiful Hartland Heritage Coast. Further along the coast, you can visit the ancient Tintagel Castle (20 miles to the south-west) or the historic village of Clovelly (15.5 miles to the north-east).

Everything was 5star quality at a reasonable price.We hope to return with the family next year during the high season when all the facilities are open.
