You will also have access to a fantastic, shared games barn and a plunge pool.

Entering the property, the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a high beamed ceiling and makes a fantastic living space for you all to unwind in. The central dining area is perfect for gathering around to enjoy a special family meal together, with a stylishly designed kitchen area nearby with ample storage space. The bright and welcoming lounge has plenty of seating, gorgeous sea views, a Smart TV and a roaring wood burner, perfect for a relaxing evening in. The property offers four beautifully decorated bedrooms: two twin rooms and two super-king-size rooms, all with Smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms share a lovely Jack and Jill bathroom while the two other bedrooms each have refreshing en-suite facilities. Stepping outside, a private courtyard provides a lovely spot to sit back and watch the sunset, enjoy a BBQ, or a soak in the bubbling hot tub. You will also have access to a games barn shared with the other properties on site, where you can play table football, table tennis, pool and basketball. There’s a shared heated indoor plunge pool available between April and October.

The property enjoys a beautiful tranquil location just half a mile from the centre of Westward Ho! This popular Devon resort has a glorious 2-mile beach as well as a range of great pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. Local activities include tennis and horse riding, with the famous Royal North Devon Golf Club just under 2 miles away. Between the beach and golf club, Northam Burrows Country Park offers some beautiful views and breathtaking walks. Heading along the coast, you can explore the harbour town of Bideford, the picturesque fishing village of Appledore and the charming estuary beach at Instow, all within 5 miles. Other local attractions include The BIG Sheep (2 miles), The Milky Way Adventure Park (9.5 miles) and the historic village of Clovelly (12 miles).

Fantastic accommodation, the photos do not give it the justice it deserves! Very very tastefully decorated and furnished! I personally LOVE the kitchen! Also very very clean, neat and tidy! This is a lovely cottage in a very nice location. You can't see the coastline, but there is a view of the sea. As somebody who is disabled I found most of the cottage was on one level and so easy to get around, but there are quite steep steps down to the garden, but they put a ramp in place for me so all good.
