Great space for gatherings for families or groups of friends. Well equipped kitchen. Decor needs a little TLC but overall good value for money and literally on the beach in Barmouth.

This property is ideal for an extended family get together. There is plenty of room and having your own bathroom made it much easier to get everyone ready and out in the mornings. You are ideally located within easy walking distance of shops restaurants etc

House in a great location, beautiful views and great for groups/ large families. Wouldnt recommend for those who struggle with mobility as there is a lot of stairs (although this is in the description). Great facilities- kitchen, games and books. Very prompt response when we needed assistance.

We had a great time and enjoyed our holiday. The house is great for a large group and there is plenty of cutlery, crockery and so so on (although a few more tea towels might be a good idea) . The best thing of all is the closeness to the sea: as the sun shone most of the time we seldom got back into our cars until it was time to go home! The house was really nice and easily accommodated our family of 10. The location was perfect just out of the town centre but only a few minutes walk away. The beach opposite the house was stunning and not at all busy, even in mid August
