Bask in the Cornish sunshine as you gaze out over Fowey Harbour with your family and friends from this generous retreat. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom holiday home is well arranged to suit a family group or a party of friends. Overlooking the estuary, and with a rooftop terrace and conservatory, it is the perfect place to unwind with your nearest and dearest, as well as to head off on exciting group excursions. From here, also enjoy long coastal and country walks, plan days out to nearby beauty spots and places of interest, and while away summer days in pretty coves with beaches.

Open the door to this unusual abode and discover just how deceptively large it is. At ground-floor level, you can spread out and enjoy the sumptuous lounge, which has a striking, contemporary style and ample space for watching the Smart TV together. Amble on through to the lounge/diner, which has a central island, when it’s time to prepare the next meal for your party. Set the table here and gather around to enjoy dishes prepared with the freshly landed Cornish seafood you have bought. Follow a few steps up from the lounge to two king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. The main staircase leads up to the first floor, where a second lounge, with views out over the water and a door to a Juliet balcony that can be opened up on summer days, is situated. There is also a kitchen space here for making cups of tea. Also at this level are a super-king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, a twin room and a family bathroom. A spiral staircase winds up to the conservatory and terrace, which both capture incredible views. Relax out here with a glass of something chilled on balmy evenings and soak up the scenery. There is parking here for one car.

A beautifully decorated house with good space and room for everyone to have quiet time. The glass room at the top of the house was a real bonus with good views and warm even in a windy day.

We had a lovely Christmas at The Old Dairy. Decorations much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen. The two lounges are great. One for TV and one to relax and take in the view. Location is ideal, very close to everything. The parking space is good too.

Fabulous property, great location for easy access to town, ferry and coast path. However: reserved parking space is at least 500 yards up a steep hill which could be an issue for some less mobile, also 24 hour car park a significant distance from property.
