This delightful lodge near Loch Lomond (2 miles) was built in 2022 and is ideal for an unforgettable and undisturbed family reunion or gathering with friends. This stylish retreat sleeps up to eight people across four bedrooms and welcomes one dog too. This is a fantastic place for outdoor adventure with rambling trails and beauty spots all around. Balloch Castle Country Park (1 mile) is right on your doorstep and offers impressive views of Loch Lomond and lovely walks.

This beautiful lodge is full of light and spaces where you can socialise and share memorable moments together. Enter the hallway and step into the spacious, open-plan lounge with a dining area and thoughtful colour scheme that create a relaxing atmosphere. Snuggle up on the comfortable sofas to watch a movie or your favourite series on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen and large banquet-style dining table ensure you can treat your guests to delicious home-cooked meals and celebratory get-togethers. Linger at the dining table or retreat to the plush seating in the lounge to continue the conversations. A small dining table sits next to the French doors, which you can open to enjoy the fresh morning air while having breakfast. The property has a double bedroom on the ground floor and a separate shower room that offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Upstairs are three further bedrooms – a king-size and a twin, both with en-suite shower rooms, and a second double bedroom. Step outside and you can enjoy a range of exceptional facilities. History and culture lovers can indulge their passion at the National Trust's Hill House (8.5 miles). And if you just want to enjoy the glorious Scottish air, visit Mugdock Country Park (18 miles), which offers over 660 acres of land to explore on foot or two wheels.

The cottage was clean, spacious and above expectations. We would definitely look at booking again in the future. Would highly recommend. Great for families and not too far from Loch Lomond.

Were a family of 8 plus dog and had a great time,place was really clean,hot tub great, plenty of places to go sight seeing and explore all in all great time was had by us all

Fabulous property, very well maintained and everything you need to have a nice relaxing holiday. The location is great too. 5 minutes and youre in Balloch another 10 minutes to the much bigger town of Dumbarton, with all of its historical buildings etc. and it goes without saying, the easy access to Loch Lomond

This cottage, set in a small complex with ample parking, is modern and comfortable. The private hot tub and barbecue in the outdoor space are fantastic. Maybe check the equipment provided if you need to cook for a full household.

This is a beautiful property renovated to high standard and an absolute delight. It is situated in wonderful countryside with easy access to Balloch and the Loch Lomond area with so much to do you will have to make more than one visit. Special mention for astounding outside area which has hot tub, bbq, picnic table and covered seating area. It is pRead morerivate and a gate makes to secure for children and dogs. So much to do in the area but you are going to have to make yourself leave this cottage! Hide
