With its light, bright interiors and spacious communal areas, this property in southwest Wales is ideally suited for a holiday with a large group of friends or family. Fitting eight people in its four bedrooms, plus two bathrooms for guests’ convenience, this house is exceptionally comfortable and has all the mod cons you will need for an easy getaway - including a hot tub.

One of the big draws of this property is its large kitchen and breakfast room. Tastefully decorated in a country-chic style, it has everything you should need to prepare a meal for your group. Once meals are ready, you could use the formal dining room for any special meals or simply organise any activities or plans. The lounge has comfortable seating for all the group - arranged around the wood burner for colder nights and a Smart TV for kicking back to relax. The ground floor is also home to one of the four bedrooms. It’s a double with an extra sofa for even more comfort. This bedroom can make use of the family bathroom on the ground floor, too, while a utility room completes this level’s accommodation. Upstairs are the final three bedrooms. One is a super-king-size which is zip-and-link so you can have it as a twin room should you require it. There's another double room and a king-size room with its own en-suite WC. Finally, there’s a shower room for all to use on this floor. Outside, the property has its own fully enclosed garden. It’s laid mainly to lawn, and there’s a large patio area too with ample seating. It’s the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening sundowner. Set in the small village of St Ishmaels, 3.5 miles from Marloes and Dale, the property has plenty of options for days at the beach. It’s 5.2 miles from Broad Haven, 4 miles from St Bride's Bay and 4.5 miles from Marloes Sands, with its huge expanse of golden sand. Plus, Dale itself is a mecca for those that love water sports, while Milford Haven, 6.5 miles away, has its own marina. It's there you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants plus a local theatre and cinema.

Amazing hosts, very clean and spacious home made to feel very homely. The home is very well equip with a welcome hamper which is a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and consider returning. Beautiful part of coast and would highly recommend this property.

We loved the place, lot of space and we got warm welcome from Phil and Kym and they secured sunny weather for us. No need more for holiday in Wales.

Lovely property, very quiet and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Nice large garden. Nice hamper with essentials on the table, milk and butter in the fridge. Owners greeted us on arrival and showed us around. Highly recommended.
