If it is costal living you desire, it doesn't get better than this lovely seaside property, located on over 4 miles of glorious Blue Flag beach with 180-degree sea views from three balconies. Perfect for a group or family getaway.

This light and bright, modern property overlooks the coast with St Mary's Island in the distance. These spellbinding views are visible from all shared areas and bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the vast open-plan lounge and kitchen plenty of wow factor, while the home’s four bedrooms can easily accommodate up to eight people.

The moment you step into the four-storey property, you will be amazed by how expansive it is - starting in the hallway. Whilst this is a great place to kick off sandy boots or muddy garments, there is also plenty of storage space in the handy utility room, as well as the garage. Plus, having a shower room on this floor makes dusting off sandy or muddy feet easy, with no danger of bringing any dirt through the house. Heading up the stairs, you’ll find the vast open-plan living area. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for a large group - including a five-ring gas ring which is located on an island so the group chef can feel like they are socialising with everyone while rustling up any food. That food can be enjoyed around the big dining table, but you can also kick back and relax on the plump sofas which are positioned to take full advantage of the views through the bi-fold doors that open to the balcony. Going up the next two floors, you’ll find the bedrooms. The first floor is home to three bedrooms all benefiting from harbour views. There’s a double and two super-king-size bedrooms. One of the super-kings has its own en-suite in addition to a walk-in wardrobe. This level also benefits from the family shower room. The second floor has the last bedroom - a double, as well as a playroom/office. They both have window balconies to provide yet more stunning views. Outside, to the front of the house, the property has an enclosed gated parking area.

Fantastic well equipped house in a gorgeous location overlooking the beach. Sitting and watching the world go by with sun shining and bifold doors open. What more could we ask.

What a great house to stay at. I would recommend as you get to watch everything around you. Do need a car to get around but can walk to the bar and chippy and people are so nice. Was great to sit with the doors open and watch what was going on at the beach.

Lovely house, very clean and extremely well equipped great location for our family. Slight issue gaining access to the property due to the electric gate not working, though not a big issue. Using the attic bedroom- it helps if the people using that room are not tall. The view of the sea from the living room will never get old. Paul
