This spacious five-floor townhouse on the seafront in Aberdovey offers comfortable accommodation for up to nine people over four bedrooms. It’s got spectacular panoramic coastal views of the Dyfi Estuary and out across Cardigan Bay from all the front rooms. Look forward to an action-filled break enjoying the local beach and hiking in Snowdonia National Park, followed by cosy evenings in with a home-cooked meal. There’s a basement with plenty of storage for your bikes, paddleboards and wetsuits as well as a hot outdoor shower that’s ideal for rinsing off sand and saltwater after adventurous days outside. It’s a wonderful option for a family get-together or for two or three families wishing to relax on a Welsh holiday together.

You’ll enter this attractive property into a light and airy kitchen/diner, equipped with welcoming sofas for chilling out plus a dining table for enjoying leisurely breakfasts. A combination of built-in padded seating and separate chairs creates plenty of space for everyone to chill. In the spacious kitchen, the Smeg seven-ring hob ensures cooking up large feasts is a cinch, and there’s a Nespresso coffee machine for enjoying excellent-quality beverages each morning. Heading up to the first floor, you’ll reach a cosy sitting room where you can kick back each evening, perhaps watching a film together on the Smart TV. Window seats in both living areas create perfect spots for absorbing the incredible vistas. There’s one king-size bedroom on this floor, while up the stairs there’s a second king-size with an en-suite shower room plus a family bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms – a family room and a bunk room – are at the top of the house. Right at the bottom of the property, there’s a basement where you can keep walking boots, surfboards and other sports equipment; you’ll also find the washing machine and tumble dryer here.

Aberdovey is a harbour resort is on the edge of the scenic Dyfi Estuary, between the mountains and sea of the world-famous Snowdonia National Park. In the town, you can while away an afternoon wandering around independent shops and perhaps popping in for a coffee – there’s something to please everyone. You’ll be close to a gorgeous sandy beach (400 metres) where you can partake in several sports including walking, cycling, sea swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. For a scenic day out, you could take a group trip to the stunning Dolgoch Falls (10 miles) or Craig yr Aderyn (10 miles), a Site of Special Scientific Interest thanks to its breeding choughs and other birds.

Great property, location perfect for accessing the town and the beaches. Roomy house with several areas to sit and enjoy the view; really comfy beds with lovely clean bedding. We cooked several evenings and there was everything that we needed in the kitchen- good range of pans and utensils. Gas BBQ, paddleboards and wetsuits down in the basement foRead morer guests to use- fantastic suprise! we used the BBQ down on the little beach opposite the house as we had a great sunny day. The property was very well equipped and in an ideal location for the beach and local amenities. It was a great cottage for our family holiday, we plan on returning!

Lovely property in a central location with fabulous views over the Estuary. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space and light . Good kitchen / dining area to use in the day and a cosy sitting room to snuggle up at night when the little ones are in bed . Great basement useful for all this sandy things!
