Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom property is less than 200 metres from the sandy beach and is in an exceptional position for anyone wishing to make excursions into the New Forest, which begins just 3.5 miles away. Find an array of interesting shops and superb eateries within 500 metres of the property or choose to head home to relax in comfort, chatting beside the outdoor fireplace with your friends and family, long into the evening.

Open the door of this striking, gated property and wander from the reception hall into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Take a bottle from the wine fridge and pour everyone a glass or make a cup of coffee using the boiling water tap and discuss your plans for the rest of the day. Find everything you need to prepare special meals for your party when you decide to stay in for the evening, then gather around the table for a long and lively dinner together. Afterwards, head through to the lounge to light the wood burner and find a film to enjoy on the Smart TV. Open the doors onto the terrace on fine days. Find you also have a downstairs WC. Climb the stairs to discover a twin bedroom, plus two king-size bedrooms on the first floor. One of these has an en-suite shower room. Brilliant house!! Myself and 3 friends stayed and found the whole house very comfy. Bedrooms were all good sizes the beds were extremely comfortable. Didnt get to use the outdoor space unfortunately due to the weather. All in all, this house was pretty amazing.

A very modern, clean and very well equipped cottage. It is just minutes away from the beach and 15 minute walk to the town centre. We were 4 couples and we enjoyed seating in the terrace. The owner and the agents were very helpful during the booking process and while we were at the cottage. We highly recommend this cottage.

The house was situated on a quiet road just a few hundred yards from the coast. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was really well equipped so that cooking for 8 people was easy. The bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of storage and hangers. Good shower facilities and plenty of thick towels. The grounds also well maintained.

Lovely Location refurbished house with top floor and terrace added very luxurious accommodation although opposite a housing estate it was great close to beach the owners have lavished money on the interior and the quality is impeccable . Great access for lovely sea walks and the New Forest. Good places to eat locally. Position of house itself not great as in the middle of a housing estate but two minute walk to the sea. House reasonably comfortable but sofa seating and dining seating not enough for eight people.

Lovely stay, comfortable beds. Luxury bedding & towels. Nice choice of outdoor seating areas, 3 to choose from. Although it was a bit strange having to walk through the master bedroom to get to the upstairs terrace. This house doesnt disappoint it is well furnished with everything you need and all top quality kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent bedding and towels all top of the range As a party of seven adults we stayed for a week in comfort, excellent choice of TV with sky Netflix Disney Amazon prime etc all included.
