Set in Aberdyfi, also known as Aberdovey, on the southern fringes of Snowdonia, the four-bedroom property sleeps eight guests and offers accommodation across four storeys. Also welcoming a pair of happy hounds, the superb property suits two families looking to escape together or a party of friends seeking to stay somewhere truly scenic. From here, stroll just 400 metres down to the beautiful sandy beach at Aberdyfi, with its views out across spectacular Cardigan Bay. Head back home afterwards to sit out in the sunshine on the bench in front of the house and watch the boats drift by and the sea birds glide overhead.
Climb a few steps up to the house and open the front door to reveal spacious accommodation which is well suited to a group getaway. Wander on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner to unpack your shopping and start preparing dinner for your group on those days you have decided to stay in. Light the wood burner in chilly weather and settle on the sofa for a few quiet moments as dinner cooks, catching up on your favourite show on TV. Dine together at the table. Find you have a downstairs shower room and handy utility room, with washer/dryer, close by. Make your way up to the floor above to relax in the lounge, with its spectacular views. Tear yourself away to watch the Smart TV or a DVD or to listen to music using the iPod dock. There is also a family bathroom at this level, together with a twin bedroom. The floor above accommodates another twin and a king-size, as well as a family shower room. Climb another staircase, this time with a steep, cottage style, to find another king-size bedroom: this one has beautiful revealed timbers, low sloping ceilings and an en-suite shower room. Shower your four-legged friends in the back yard after long walks or trips to the beach. Sit out here on warm days to enjoy the fresh air or wander out to the bench in front of the house to take in the views. Guests will receive two permits for pay car parks in the Aberdyfi. One of these is 300 metres from the house.
