Over all, a pleasant and peaceful location. I have pointed out to the owners where improvements can be made, but it is well situated and within an easy walk to Threlkeld, where ther are two pubs where you can eat, and a truly excellent coffee shop.

We had a wonderful holiday at Inns - such an amazing location and a lovely house. The configuration suited our three generations very well as early rising youngsters were able to play upstairs without waking those downstairs! The garden was great for playing and the views were superb. Vert well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture.
