The house was perfect for our needs. We were a family of 9 plus two young children. The location just north of Keswick was perfect for local walks and drives. The house is a bit of a tardis as the reason we choose this one was the number of single bedrooms. It meant people had there own space. Well kitted out kitchen with large dining room table. We enjoyed a fabulous family time in the most beautiful location. The cottage was comfortable and very well equipped catering for us all 10 month old to 80 years old . It was easy to get out and about to enjoy the magnificent Lake District.

Stunning property, with stunning views. We really enjoyed our family holiday, made all the better by the very nice owners who were lovely, and really helpful. We had our dogs with us and they had plenty of space with the two fields to walk in. Would definitely recommend this property, it was peaceful yet close to Keswick. We'll be back for sure.

Gorgeous property over 3 floors. Lounge and garden exit is on the bottom floor downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. V close to Kendal so great for a stroll. Beautiful views cannot get better.

A comfortable, spacious holiday home in a great location and with a view to die for. Our grandchildren loved the tree house and swing in the adjoining field. I enjoyed sitting on the patio, gazing at the stunning panorama.
