This beautiful property is situated in a prime location of Port Isaac with spectacular sea views. A great base for exploring the wonderful locations of the North Cornish coast and, in particular, the ever-popular Rock and Padstow.

Enjoy a slice of seaside living and settle at this home which is perfect for reuniting with family and friends. Sip your morning coffee alfresco and gaze over the crashing waves before wandering the South West Coast Path and making the 6.5-mile trip to Polzeath Beach – a surfers’ paradise. Sleeping 11 over five rooms, bring little ones along for a night in the bunk beds and fill the gorgeous lounge/diner with laughter before tucking into dinner at the table.

Admire sea views by day and get cosy and snug by night in this charming bolthole with coastal hues throughout. The bay window provides you with a stunning vista that can be admired from the comfort of the sofa where you can also curl up to indulge in a spot of TV. This light, airy and tranquil space can soon be transformed into a snug sanctuary by lighting the wood burner, creating a cosy haven where all the family can spend quality time together after adventures. Make light work of meals in the large kitchen where there is room for more than one pair of hands to prep dishes. Dine inside or take your plate outside and sit in the front garden where you can fill your lungs with sea air and watch the flowing tide. Five beautifully calming bedrooms are waiting to whisk you off to sleep on the first and second floors, some with sea views, and one of which is perfect for young guests with a bunk bed and single bed. Take care of quirky sloping ceilings on the second floor. There are local long stay car parks nearby (charges apply).

A lovely house in a great location with an amazing view, we really enjoyed our week here. The house has a basic rustic style but is excellent value for money and a great base for family days out all around Cornwall. As others have mentioned, parking can be an issue but we soon identified likely nearby on-street parking places and rarely had to parkRead more too far from the house. The main problem is the "Doc Martin" day trippers filling up the car parks, so parking is much easier in the evenings. Hide
