Wonderful property under 0.25 miles to the beach, boasting sea views and a private hot tub located on the stunning North Norfolk coastline.

Set back from the hustle and bustle and overlooking an ancient church with the sea beyond, your comfortable accommodation offers a lavish base for your Norfolk coastal adventure. Sleeping eight guests and set just 1 mile from the sea, you’ll soon be splashing in the waves and exploring the rock pools on West Runton beach with ice cream and classic fish and chips to finish in nearby Cromer 3.5 miles away. Norfolk is a walker’s paradise, and the nearby coast path won’t disappoint with its fabulous vistas and rugged cliff-top trails all the way to Hunstanton in the West and Hopton-on-Sea to the West.

Pour the drinks and challenge the family to some healthy competition on the full-sized pool table, or convert it for a game of table tennis and let the fun begin. Film nights call for hot cocoa and an exciting film on the TV, or simply light the flame-effect fire and curl up to chat about the day’s adventures. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen/diner where you’ll gather to prepare delicious meals. Bright, welcoming and finished in a true country-cottage style with tiled flooring underfoot and an expansive table for family feasts, it is equipped with ample worktop space and a range of gadgets including an Everhot range oven. Patio doors lead outside to the large garden which is divided by a stretch of lawn, offering a choice of spots to relax in the sunshine, enjoy a BBQ and take a dip in the private hot tub. The charming summerhouse is equipped with sun chairs and outdoor garden games to amuse your entire party. Four impressive bedrooms provide a tranquil retreat at bedtime, three of which are upstairs along with a family shower room. There’s a useful twin bedroom with zip-and-link twin beds that can be converted into a double, and one of the two upstairs king-size bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The final bedroom is downstairs - a pretty king-size bedroom that has easy access to the ground-floor shower room. Completing the accommodation is a handy utility room with laundry facilities and a drinks fridge.

We had a lovely time. In Meadowside, lots of space, very secure garden for our dogs and they had a great time racing around together. Bedding is a lovely quality. We were a bit battered by the wind which made the house a bit cold but the weather was extreme. Kitchen is a lovely space for game playing. Cooking needs to be planned if you want to use Read morethe oven, allow over an hour for it to warm up but the hob and microwave are fine. We had a wonderful time and would come again. Hide

We absolutely loved this house. Our rescue dog loved the large, fully enclosed garden (he sat outside for much of the time), and the utility room was really useful when coming and going from dog walks - we kept our outdoor boots, coats, dog leads and dog towels here. As others have mentioned the range oven does take time to get up to temperature (aRead moret least 2 hrs) so meals need a little planning ahead. The kitchen is well stocked (even a coffee machine) and the space in the bedrooms is amazing. Hide
