A private path leads to the beach so you can enjoy sandy sunrises, sunsets over the ocean and salty days. The bubbling hot tub, heated swimming pool (May – end of September) and large garden promise to keep you entertained come rain or shine and give you the warm welcome home you deserve after adventurous days outdoors. Sleeping eight guests over four bedrooms, this stylish home is a top destination if you have a beloved four-legged friend on holiday with you. Keeping an eye on your canine companion’s antics couldn’t be easier in the open-plan living space.

 

On heading inside, make your way to the contemporary kitchen where you can stash your goodies and pop the kettle on. A coffee machine and wine cooler promise to see you through from dawn ‘til dusk and the breakfast bar is a great communal spot to gather with a mug or a glass of something. Great for catering for all kinds of nights, this home has a fabulous light, airy lounge/diner with a pebble effect gas fire and garden views through the large windows. A second snug area has a trio of sofas, large TV and games consoles, perhaps a place for younger guests to stay entertained whilst you relax with your beverage of choice. If nights are balmy, step outside after dinner and enjoy al fresco digestifs on the decking, a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub - perfect for unwinding in after long days. Those long days call for peaceful nights and with four delightful first-floor bedrooms, each guest is promised just that. If you’re lucky enough to command the master room, you’ll enjoy an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and your own balcony – a recipe for a relaxing morning with an al fresco coffee and a soak in the tub. After days on the beach, venture into the local village of Middleton-on-Sea and treat yourselves to a night off from doing the dishes, and dine at a tasty eatery. If you’ve had enough sand and sea for one day, there are plenty of other places to explore including the historic city of Chichester (10 miles) or the magnificent South Downs, the heart of which lies just 14.5 miles from your door. Besides a plethora of walks and hikes, the South Downs National Park is home to the National Trust‘s Petworth House, where a beautiful collection of art awaits.

Had a wonderful week august 2024 Was home from home for comfort . The pool and hot tub were great very clean and perfect temperatures . The children loved playing in the garden It very safe for the dogs . Wonderful to just go out back gate for the beach and walks.The kitchen had every thing you needed . This is a wonderful property in a stunning setting, the weather helped make our stay perfect. The amount of equipment provided caters for everything you could want and more. Excellent facilities, was so lovely to have a private pool and hot tub which we made good use of. Denis, the house manager, was brilliant in explaining things and helping us out with any minor hitches. Had a lovely week and was so lucky with the weather too!
