It’s also close to Tenby Golf Club, known as the birthplace of Welsh golf, and sleeps up to 11 guests across five bedrooms. So, whether you’re on a golfing holiday with friends or enjoying a much-missed get-together with your extended family, it’s a great choice. Sports fans will also be excited to know the property comes with Sky Sports, meaning you can keep up to date with all the latest action. As the house is in the heart of the town, you have the freedom to come and go as you please. Do your own thing in between group activities and meeting up for refreshments in local eateries.

 

Brightly coloured to match the theme of the Edwardian street, the property stands alongside other pastel homes that Tenby is so famous for. It’s laid out over three storeys, giving everyone enough room to find their own space. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own TV, DVD player and en-suite facilities. The others are spread across the two top floors, including a stylish family room that could also accommodate three friends depending on the make-up of your party. Enjoy lively celebration dinners around the large dining table or grab breakfast in the kitchen before heading out for the day. The lounge is on the first floor, with a large bay window to gaze out of and comfortable sofas to relax on. At the back of the house is a small courtyard with a wooden table and seating for al fresco dining. Tenby’s sheltered North Beach, less than 200 metres away, is a suntrap even on windy days, and you can enjoy an invigorating swim in the clear waters. It’s surrounded by the harbour and town centre, with its maze of cobbled alleyways and cafe culture. To feel the wind in your hair, stride out on walks along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which can be accessed via South Beach. Keen golfers can take to the fairways for a round at the 18-hole championship links course at Tenby Golf Club, around 600 metres from the property, or the parkland course at Trefloyne Manor, 2 miles away. If you have youngsters with you, drive to Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6.5 miles) to meet a few farmyard friends and zoo animals including African lions, Humboldt penguins and two-toed sloths.

Stella Maris is an excellent property. We were a group of 10, with an age range of 14 months to 82 years old. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. The place was spotless and beds are really comfortable. There is no parking at the property but we parked at the station for 17 for the week just 100 yards down the road. Another EXCELLENT holiday at Stella Maris, (this is our fourth visit with different friendship groups) beautiful spacious house with fully equipped kitchen and facilities. We loved the double dining area and although it was October still ate out on the sunny terrace for a meal and canapes. We had a wonderful week's stay at Stella Maris. The house was clean and large enough for our group of ten, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect as it's down a quiet street but only a stone's throw from the beaches and shops/restaurants of Tenby. Train station is at the end of the road, which was ideal for those of us travelling by traiRead moren, and we also parked our cars there for a very reasonable price. Wonderful period house! Just loved the light & space this property offers, along with the location, so easy to get to both beeches & town. The station & car park is very handy. The cost of the holiday let was so reasonable and worth every penny. The secret drawers in the kitchen for pan lids & sharp knives are a brilliant idea & we loved the outsidRead moree sunny space for meals & relaxation. A great house close to all amenities and to the train station car park. Nine of us stayed for the weekend and we all had lovely bedrooms with plenty of space in the living room for us all to gather too. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Stella Maris was ideal for 2 families and grandparents. Well situated so you don't need a car, & ideal if you are travelling by train. Clean and comfortable throughout. The lounge was a good size for 5 children and 6 adults on rainy days.

This cottage was ideal for our extended family of 12 to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. It is spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location. We have had yearly get togethers for the past 11 years and this is the best accommodation we have had.

Great stay in Stella Maris! Very clean and reasonably priced and in a great location in Tenby, beautiful house! About 5 minutes walk to North beach and also right in the town centre walking distance to good shops and restaurants! A great house to stay for our extended family with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are all clean and well decorated and the kitchen well equipped with crockery and cutlery. The small garden area is good. Ths was our second stay and we have already booked for August.
