For panoramic views and an inland adventure, ride the Snowdon Mountain Railway to either the Clogwyn Station or the Summit Building. None better for the price, and comfort for 10 adults. There are no additional comments to add apart from the fact that after 17 years of having the same holiday for 10 adults this is the best house we have had. It is a 5 star property with excellent amenities and comfort. It is a pity it is booked up next year for we certainly would have re booked.

This is an absolute gem of a holiday home, couldnt fault it at all, unlike the Welsh weather!. The house was beautiful, in every way. Perfectly set up and fantastic to live in for a week. Beautifully furnished house in a lovely location. The en-suite bathrooms are a great plus. The hot tub was lovely at the end of the day after exploring the surrounding area. The owners were very quick at sorting any little issues we had. Would recommend this property.

Apart from the above we could not fault the house at all. The lounge was extremely comfortable and all ten guests could be sat round together. The outside seating area was extremely comfortable especially bathed in sunshine all day.

An incredible house with a perfect location, being secluded enough for privacy but also close enough to shops and activities if needed. We had a great time and the sheltered hot tub was a delightfully relaxing addition. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Perfect accommodation for large family groups. Comfortable, warm, spacious, peaceful. All we could ask for and more! Lots to do and see in the local area for all ages. We had an absolutely amazing time at Maesinclaf Isaf. Could not fault anything. So homely and comfortable. Cleanliness was 5 star. The hot tub was a massive hit and they had even thought about the little things. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The property is well appointed and located just outside Caernarfon but with easy access to main roads. The bedrooms having all en suite bathrooms was great for a large family. The hot tub was great and very clean. We spent a week over Christmas and all the family enjoyed their stay very much.

From the moment we pulled up and entered Maesincla Isaf we were blown away. It is a stunning property and it is obvious to see the level of thought and care that has been put into the house. This accommodation is really lovely and has been beautifully designed to accommodate large groups, whilst still offering some privacy. It was immaculately clean on arrival. We liked the decor and the layout of the house; it was ideal having ensuites for each bedroom. We have stayed in many a cottage and it has to be said this was the best one ever. It was so clean and well presented. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are positioned very well and it was good to have windows in 4 out of the 5 bath/shower rooms. Outside space very good too.
