Lovely accommodation and ideal location to explore North Devon. Some of the instructions in the booklet need updating or further explanation e.g. the refuse and recycling (there is a mention of a brown sack for tins/plastic in the shed) there is no shed.?

The house is very nice. In a good location for the beaches and the pub. As it was winter, we obviously spent more time in the house. This meant that we noticed issues more.
