The cottage was clean, and well equipped and a few minutes drive away from the keswick town centre. The owner was available on phone for any queries. The property has 1 combined bathroom and toilet which was abit of a struggle for 8 people.

Its ok. Part of a small complex of holiday cottages (which isnt made clear on the website). The decor is tired and the place doesnt feel particularly clean - the pictures make it look better than it really is. Lots of flies- its right next to a cattle shed. I cant say we would rush back.

Great location and setting House is good value although could be brightened up, quite quirky. Kitchen is very modern and house is warm with lots of hot water etc. Tap is good but takes getting used to. Only one bathroom but it's workable.

Good location if coming from the north or east. Easy access to keswick. Nice pub a mile away. Comfortable cottage, strange eclectic mix of furnishings, odd statues and ornaments that are not really needed. Warm and cosy.
