You can make memories with loved ones by spending days on the beach or walking amongst the rolling hills, before returning to your beautiful home to enjoy meals together and snuggle up in front of the wood burner. Mablethorpe is a lively coastal town with a range of attractions and activities on offer, as well as shops and eateries.

Beautifully refurbished, this spacious home blends rustic charm with light and airy contemporary decor to create a welcoming feel. Stepping inside, you’ll find yourself in the cosy lounge. Moving through the house, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen/diner, which has everything you’ll need to cook up a storm for everyone. An additional seating and dining area with patio doors leading outside provide an additional quiet space. There are four delightful bedrooms: three double and one king-size zip-and-link. One of the doubles is on the ground floor with an en-suite wet room shower and WC, whereas the others are on the first floor with the additional bathroom and WC.

Outside, there is a spacious patio area with furniture and a BBQ, making it an ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining of an evening. An enclosed lawn provides ample space for the kids to let off steam whilst the adults relax. There is plenty of off-road parking.

Mablethorpe is an excellent choice for a holiday with friends and family as it has lots on offer to suit a range of ages and interests, such as the Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre, the Lincolnshire Aquapark and the Mablethorpe Fairground. It also has a range of shops and eateries. It is connected to the quieter coastal village of Sutton-on-Sea by a beautiful promenade, which is a popular 3-mile walk or cycle, depending on your preferred mode of transport. Both resorts have beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for building sandcastles or just catching up with loved ones. Further afield are the larger popular resorts of Skegness (17 miles) and Cleethorpes (26 miles). Heading inland, the rural scenery and spectacular panoramas of the Wolds await you, with pretty villages selling local produce in their shops and markets. For something a little different, you can explore the area on the Lincolnshire Wolds Steam Railway.

Lovely family cottage. Great for people and safe large areas for dogs. Lovely rural area but close enough to get to little and large shops. Dogs and family loved the dog friendly beaches with miles of walking.

We had a lovely holiday and Jess, the yorkshire terrier, enjoyed the secure garden playing with her ball and interesting "chats" with cows in the adjioning field. The property was warm and well equiped. Having seen the modern wardrobe spaceon line , I decided to take our portable cloths rail. Beautiful cottage with plenty of space for 8 people. The farmer (owner) who came and introduced himself was fantastic and said if we had any problems just to contact him. Five of us spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is fully equipped for everything you need during your stay, had beautiful views, a spacious garden and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We met Darren (Farmer/Owner) a couple of times during our stay and he was very welcoming and informative and invited my son to watch their Read morecows being milked. This is a really lovely house, well equipped, plenty of room with thoughtful additions such as baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, child friendly cups, plates and bowls and loads of crockery and cutlery and other kitchen equipment. There is a rotary washing line outside and plenty of pegs. We met Darren who was very friendly, loved the Read morecows and calfs in the field. We enjoyed our stay & the owner was very obliging - the broken airer & washing line were replaced promptly. The property was very clean & well equipped. It's situated on working farm on a fairly busy road, so there was some road noise & the cows were in the adjacent field. We weren't bothered by either! The house sleeps 8, but I doubt 8 people coulRead mored comfortably sit together on the sofa in the lounge, but it was adequate for our needs. There's plenty of parking & a short drive to amenities. Would recommend this house to everyone, it's in a great place to explore and the owners are so helpful. Darren took us round his farm and shown us how the dairy farm works and got to meet two new calves which was so lovely to see

From the offset the communication with the owners was first class. We got lost but he came and found us, he offered to help unload our cars for us too. The house itself was top top notch. No issues, beautifully equipped and decorated and clean. Has everything you could want and with a view too. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch too. The cottage is spacious clean and well equipped good location. Darren the owner was very nice and welcoming as was all his family .the grandchildren loved the daily visits from the cows and also were able to see them being milked. Farm shop is a must the icecream is gorgeous.

The owners of the property are lovely and really helpful, Wifi is really good, and the cottage is very well equipped and large enough for two families,. Lovely welcome pack on arrival, Plenty of parking on the front of the property which is gated, Cottage is large and really modern with a very good wet room plus two other bathrooms,.
