Set within a peaceful estate with nothing but the sounds of the resident wildlife and bubbling burn in the garden, this charming cottage is perfect for parties hoping to get back to nature. With thousands of acres of wilderness, mountains and lochs to explore, guests can enjoy seasonal fishing, wildlife watching trips and boat trips all without leaving the estate. Sleeping nine across five bedrooms, the beautifully-presented accommodation is spacious and full of character, with a fantastic kitchen for entertaining, formal dining room for memorable meals and open fire in the drawing room for those cosy evenings in.

Tastefully presented in fresh contemporary tones yet with ample character throughout, each room exudes elegance with antique furnishings, ornate artwork and grand chandeliers. Large parties can stock up on delicious food using the walk-in chill room, which is located just off the spacious kitchen. While a farmhouse table offers an informal setting for breakfasts and light meals in the kitchen, evening banquets are best enjoyed in the formal dining room, before retiring to the drawing room for an evening of games or TV beside the roaring open fire. This was probably the best house we have stayed in over the last 20 years. It is in a perfect Highland location with stunning scenery and easy access to the North Coast. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The staff we met were very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky as we left before the midges really came out but the housRead moree is equipped with midge busters for later in the season. The house is set up for fishing and hunting with a large boot room and dedicated dog room. Hide
