You will find plenty of space to relax in the lounge of this farmhouse. Comfortable seating and a large TV create a homely space where you can unwind after a long day exploring. There’s an open-plan kitchen/diner along the hall which is a fantastic social space that is fully equipped to cater for all of your fabulous foodie needs. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, before sitting down at the dining table and planning the rest of your trip. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms - perfect for friends sharing or a large family. If you book a stay here, you will be able to experience the Welsh countryside quite literally on your doorstep. There are many stunning walks and cycle routes to explore, which are suitable for all levels of walkers. Set in a courtyard, the house is surrounded by fields, mountains and a forest - where will your adventure take you first? The quaint market town of Llandysul is located approximately 6 miles from the house and here you will find a range of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as quirkier places to visit such as the West Wales Museum of Childhood. A little further afield (16 miles) will take you to the sandy beach of New Quay which historically was frequented by smugglers who used the coves to hide their goods. It is now famed for its bottlenose dolphin sightings - why not take a boat trip and see if you’re lucky enough to spot one for yourself?

We had a fabulous week in this farmhouse in West Wales. The property was well equipped and very comfortable with a lovely kitchen and comfortable bed. The owner was very friendly and the area was quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub.

Lovely well equipped farmhouse. Plenty of room, plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. Great enclosed garden for the dogs. Master bed huge and bathroom great. Location ok if you like isolated, no shop or pub within walkable distance. Owner very responsive. The kettle broke whilst we were there and this was replaced by 8am after reporting at 9pm Read morethe evening before. My daughter and her husband made good use of the hot tub. The House was extremely comfortable in a lovely area that felt very safe. The village was very welcoming although we happened to go down one day on a sheep auction and it was similar to a ghost town but we found it fun non the less.

Great hosts - Jon and Kate were always available to answer any queries and are extremely friendly. Lovely cottage, enough room for 8 people and 3 dogs. Our dogs throughly enjoyed playing in the garden and using the secure field. Great hot tub in a fab outside space. Will highly recommend for a relaxing break!

This is a lovely farmhouse spacious and clean. The view was lovely. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Jon was very welcoming. The outside space was great for the dog as it is fully enclosed and the hot tub was much needed after a long day out.

When we arrived at the cottage we found it was absolutely spotless. There was also a welcome pack of milk bread eggs coffee and a lot more which is far better than we would have expected. We had a lovely week in the farmhouse with our 2 children and their partners and 3 dogs.
