A fantastic property for a large group - We were a multi generational group of 10 celebrating a 70th birthday and had a fantastic time. The house is vast - kids had a great time playing hide n seek! The snooker room was great and the feeling of space was fantastic. Highly recommend the nearby Golden Fleece for food (either eat in or take away) and Read morethe Market Tavern in Melksham for one of the best Sunday lunchs around. Hide

Great property, owner Andrew gave us an excellent tour of the house on our arrival. Our four grandchildrens had a great time playing hid & seek, in the house and riding their scooters in the courtyard. For the adults there is the snooker room and games room to relax in. Owner was very helpful and went through everything and we had everything we could possibly needed. The pictures do not do it justice for the size of all the rooms - they are huge and plenty of space. Overall we had a wonderful time I would recommend and visit again.

Great place to stay. We booked it out for celebrating 30th birthdays and it was perfect. Lots of space to chill and have a few drinks, play snooker etc. Then 20 minutes from Bath to go out. Andrew was a great host as well, very welcoming.

Amazing space in this cottage with plenty of space for those times you want some peace and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The icing on the cake was the snooker table. Full size and in great condition. Spent a great week there.

Really spacious property. We stayed here as a group of 8 adults and 2 babies. There was plenty of rooms to spread out in and the communal rooms were big enough for us all to be together when we wanted to. The snooker room was an added bonus.

A lovely converted farmhouse, (incl snooker table,) just perfect for our Easter break - all getting together as a large family. Lots of space for all of us - 8 adults & 4 young children. Stayed at this property with 9 other ladies, and it was way more than we could have hoped for! Andy was so welcoming when he met us on arrival. 100% will be back! Didnt quite realise how far out it was from Bath, but it wasnt a problem as managed to get Ubers perfectly fine.

This house is excellent with a wide range of facilities.We used it sa a pre Xmas break for our family of 6 adults and four teenage grand chilldren. You could not wish for more. We had a great stay, this property is beautiful and so spacious. The host provided a detailed intro to the house. Most bedrooms are en suite and beds were comfortable.
