Unique property with more than enough space for our family of 9. In a pleasant situation close to the town which has all you may need. Reasonably equipped kitchen, large lounge and good secure parking under cover. The snooker room was greatly enjoyed. We would happily recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed at Poplars Farm House June 2024 The house is enormous with plenty of room to spread out and have your own space when needed. Everything we needed was there and Andrew the owner was very helpful. Definitely recommend it to family and friends

The owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The house is perfect for large groups and has nice touches such as the full size snooker table. The lighting is good and the beds comfortable. Would hope to return if we have another family get together.

A fantastic property for a large group - We were a multi generational group of 10 celebrating a 70th birthday and had a fantastic time. The house is vast - kids had a great time playing hide n seek! The snooker room was great and the feeling of space was fantastic. Great property, owner Andrew gave us an excellent tour of the house on our arrival. Our four grandchildrens had a great time playing hid & seek, in the house and riding their scooters in the courtyard. For the adults there is the snooker room and games room to relax in. Owner was very helpful and went through everything and we had everything we could possibly needed. The pictures do not do it justice for the size of all the rooms - they are huge and plenty of space. Overall we had a wonderful time I would recommend and visit again.

Amazing space in this cottage with plenty of space for those times you want some peace and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The icing on the cake was the snooker table. Full size and in great condition. Spent a great week there.

Stayed at this property with 9 other ladies, and it was way more than we could have hoped for! Andy was so welcoming when he met us on arrival. 100% will be back! Didnt quite realise how far out it was from Bath, but it wasnt a problem as managed to get Ubers perfectly fine.

This house is excellent with a wide range of facilities.We used it sa a pre Xmas break for our family of 6 adults and four teenage grand chilldren. You could not wish for more.
