Wander down to the beach to swim in the sea or relax on the sand or head into bustling Bridport, approximately 3 miles away, to go shopping or to eat out.

Enjoy the bright, breezy seaside-feel of this airy holiday home. Enter via the hall and then make your way into the lounge, with its parquet floor and bay window. Relax together on the comfortable seating in here and watch a film on TV. Find your kitchen/dining room also offers ample space for your group. Pull open the bi-folding doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Make fresh coffee for your friends and family or prepare delicious holiday meals in the kitchen and enjoy them together at the table or out in the sunshine on the patio. Pro's: Great location within West Bay, very well equipped house with comfy beds. Con's: Several internal doors would not close and several door handles would come off in your hand. Main con was the overgrown hedges/shrubs obscuring much of the available fabulous view - big shame!

Perfect location and layout. Works well for a large family with dogs. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms have been done recently. Kitchen has everything you'll need. However, there are a lot of things broken and the whole house seems badly maintained. As with many previous comments which appear to have been ignored, the house needs a thorough and deep clean. We asked the housekeeper to return and change very stained bed linen and properly clean the shower as well as hoover. Cleaning products and dog items never materialised. This property is perfect. A fantastic location with sea views. Lots of delicious places to eat within walking distance. The home is clean, comfortable and very well fitted out. We shall be coming back to visit.

The accommodation was very spacious with lovely views out to sea and country side. The harbor area had very nice places to eat, a great bakery. The children went crabbing. Places to visit were near by. We found lots of fossil at Charmouth. Very enjoyable holiday.

Beautiful location, lovely views and westbay has so much to offer. The house in well situated and provides a lovely base for exploring the area, it could do with a little updating and some routine maintenance but that didn't get in the way of us having a lovely holiday. The dogs loved the garden.

Fantastic place to stay, we came the same time last year here and enjoyed it, Our daughter and husband plus 2 dogs,( the cottage was our xmas present to each other 4 adults,) We chose to come again here as it was lovely to have a downstairs bedroom and shower room as we have a blind dog and no stairs for her to struggle with , We live in a bungalowRead more , so made life easy for her .
