Surrounded by the glorious Devonshire countryside, it is also perfect for country walks, cycle rides and even canal boat trips.

Your spacious holiday home, with its beautiful beams and exposed brick and stonework, has been carefully arranged to provide every comfort during your stay. Your fantastic farmhouse kitchen/diner features underfloor heating, a useful pantry and a large range-style oven, where you can cook mountains of food for your hungry group. Gather around the long table in the dining area to eat together and perhaps play cards of an evening. Afterwards, head into the lounge to light the wood burner and watch your Smart TV. A glass walkway from the ground floor leads into another section of your sumptuous holiday home. While away a few hours in the games room here, listening to music, playing pool and helping yourself to a drink from your very own bar. Head on into the cinema room to recline in front of a good film and enjoy the coloured mood lighting. Two of your bedrooms – each with an en-suite shower room – are also in this part of the house. Head back to the main property to find the other three up on the first floor. One of these has an en-suite shower room while the others share a stylish family bathroom, complete with slipper bath. When the weather is fine, make the most of the opportunities for outside living. Light up the BBQ for a home grill and switch on the hot tub to absorb the serenity of your setting from the bubbling water. Play football, rounders and cricket with the children in the paddock. You will also find there is parking space outside for up to four vehicles.

Stroll straight out from your former farmhouse on group walks through the countryside. Head 2 miles into Cadeleigh for something to eat at the village pub. Drive 8 miles to the town of Tiverton, where there are more eateries, interesting shops and lots of historic sights. See the remains of Tiverton Castle, commissioned by Henry I in 1106, or have a guided tour of Bickleigh Castle, which dates back to the 11th century. Walk beside the Grand Western Canal or take a trip on a horse-drawn barge. Spend a day in Exeter (just over 15 miles away) to enjoy the shops, visit the cathedral and even take a tour of its 14th-century underground passages.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough! The house is stunning, with plenty of room and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Great house for a large family/group. Its is quite remote and down narrow county lanes so be prepared for tractors and machinery coming towards you. A beautiful, spacious house with excellent facilities. A rural location but many attractions to visit in the area but must accept that will need to drive there. We found all attractions child friendly including the museum of Devon life. Beautiful beaches within an hour's drive.

All six of us thoroughly enjoyed our week at West Farleigh Farmhouse , the owners Mark and Jenny were always on hand if required and sorted any minor problems quickly , the house is lovely with all the amenities you could want. Lovely farmhouse in a rural location . We were a party of 12 and we all enjoyed the bar and pool table and especially the hot tub . The owners were always on hand to sort out the few issues we had and they were dealt with promptly. All in all a lovely place to stay with a large group as there certainly was plenty of room .

Great property, everything you need. 20 minutes away from the local shops. We had a fantastic time. When we was due to leave one of the cars broke down how annoying but no trouble for owner of the property who so kindly let us say and help us fix the car. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful week at this beautiful property, so peaceful and quiet, children loved the games room and cinema and the hot tub went down well. Kitchen well equipped and the beds really comfortable. On arrival we were met with a lovely welcome pack, good way to start the holiday! We will be back!

A perfect house for groups. We were a 4 generation family, the oldest 88 years and the youngest 15 months, there really was something for everyone. Lots of space inside and out to spend time together without being on top of each other.
