Step through the back door and you’ll find yourself in a boot room – a great spot to towel down the dogs, if you’ve brought them with you. Next, you’ll discover a spacious and modern kitchen with lovely oak work surfaces where you can get creative and cook up a feast for your loved ones. There’s also a large dining table that has plenty of room for everyone, so you can all dine together. Alternatively, head outside to the enclosed garden to dine alfresco as you take in the wonderful country views. Take a trip into Conwy, where you’ll find everything from the 16th-century Quay House (9 miles), which is said to be the smallest house in Britain, to the mighty Conwy Castle (8.5 miles), which was built by Edward I between 1283 and 1289. Alternatively, head to the village of Betws Y Coed, the gateway to the snowy peaks of Snowdonia National Park. There the kids can let off some steam on a treetop zip safari at Zip World’s Fforest (7 miles), and the more adventurous among you can abseil, zipline, scramble, traverse, boat and climb your way around the abandoned mines of Snowdonia at Go Below (10 miles).

My Family spent May day bank holiday weekend there for my wife's 60th birthday. The house is spotless and perfect and had everything we needed, as we had a baby, a toddler and a dog with us. If we re in the area again I'm sure we d want to stay there again. Location is perfect for all the sites of North Wales, Snowden 40mins drive, Llandudno and CoRead morenwy 20mins, and the local Beauty spot of Cadair Ifan Goch, half hours walk. We had a great stay. HIGHLY recommended. We had an amazing stay at this cottage. It was like a home away from home and was so beautiful and cosy. We were 3 couples and had a young child, a baby and a dog with us. As we arrived at the premises the cottage was warm and clean and the hot tub was all working ready to use and user friendly. Be aware that the road leading to the cottage is single uneven road so if low suspension car not recommended. Kids enjoyed it as plenty open space to play on.

We spent a lovely week here in September. The farmhouse is situated in a beautiful quiet spot. The views down the dale are heavenly. Not a sound can be heard except maybe the lowing of cows. The location is very peaceful. The property is well fitted out, with quality furnishings and very comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. We recommend Tir A Mor in Llanrwst for fish and chips, Bodnant Welsh Foods shop for excellent butchery, deli, etc. and the Parisella icecream shop in Conwy for icecream to die for. If you want a relaxing break, this cottage is exceptional on every level. It's beautifully restored and the log burner is a lovely touch! The cottage owners were very nice people and we had a tour of the listed buildings that had not yet been restored. To be fair, its not far from most things and ZipWorld is a must. A wonderful place to stay! We stayed here with a group of six adults and one dog! It was such a great place with plenty to around! After being out all day and getting back to the cottage to sit in the hot tub with a glass of Prosecco was just the best way to unwind. The owners are amazing and showed us around! Would highly recommend!

Perfect clean home and location for seeing all of North Wales,(Zip World etc).The farmhouse is situated up in the hillside so the roads can be very steep and singular in places but the reward is breath-taking countryside views. Fantastic cottage great location, all home comforts, super comfy beds, plenty of towels, soaps, and all essentials catered for, even down to bbq fuel. Hot tub was the best we have experienced and kept to a very high standard, most welcome everyday. Nothing too much trouble from the owners, lovely couple. Ready to give info with local knowledge, we Read moreneeded a birthday cake, Mari gave us details of Scilicorns Bakery in Llanrswt, which was to die for, and lovely fresh bread rolls daily. Superb.
