Light the open fire and settle down beside it with a good book or recline on one of your sofas to watch your favourite series or a Sky Movies film on your Smart TV. Lovely spacious and comfortable holiday home. If you are fit it is a good walk into town but it is very hilly! Its pretty quiet for a holiday home in Ilfracombe - lots of the ones we have stayed in before - nearer to the town -you have to put up with the constant noise and mess from the seagulls - so this was a big plus for us.

This is a fantastic period property with everything you could need and more. Its in an ideal location within walking distance of shops, harbour, cafs and restaurants. The bottle of Prosecco was a nice welcome. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable and there was ample room for our family of 6 and a dog. The communication we had before and after arrRead moreival was brilliant and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property. We enjoyed a lovely weeks stay over Christmas. It's a big house with a huge kitchen and living area. We loved playing board games in front of the fire. There are some really nice coastal walks that you can do from the house and it's a 25min drive to the big beaches (Saunton Sands and Woolacombe). We stayed as a family of 7 and 2 little ones , and dogs. Very comfy house, lots of seating and space. Lovely big bedrooms and plenty of bathroom facilities. Toys for children was a lovely touch too. Lovely house. Spacious for our party of 8. Lovely big kitchen and plenty of space for us all to sit and relax in the lounge. Good bedrooms; the top floor suite was particularly appreciated by our parents. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great house, very well equipped, and great location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the coast path, or about 5-10 minutes to the sea front. Very spacious for five adults, plenty of lounge seating,, generous dining area in the kitchen, and outdoor seating area too. Would highly recommend.
