Experience the Lake District National Park from one of Cartmel's most charming cottages, just a short stroll from the village square. With flourishes of rustic French decor and unique furnishings throughout, every room is a serene place to be. Perfect for a special group holiday, guests can choose from three decadently dreamy bedrooms in the main house or the privacy of the studio annexe suite.

Steeped in style, this home doesn't compromise on comfort or providing guests with all the essentials they'll need to make the most of their stay. Starting with the shaker-style kitchen, it features a fine range cooker and double oven that will come in handy when cooking up a large feast. For an ambient dinner, eat at the hand-painted dining room table, or step outside through the French doors for a picturesque meal alfresco. The sitting room can be found at the front of the house, bathed in natural light during the day time and a cosy haven after dark; turn on the gas-effect wood burner, play your favourite music through the Bose speaker and choose from one of the many board games for the ultimate night in. With a large boot room and laundry facilities, this home is brilliantly equipped for those looking to do lots of hiking and exploring during their time in The Lakes. The studio annexe suite deserves its own special mention. Set above the garage, it's a contemporary space with a pitched ceiling and stunning views of Hampsfell. It has a shower room, Smart TV and a small fridge.

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely cottage. It's in a fantastic location in the lovely village of Cartmel. Everything was within walking distance, great pubs and restaurants. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Great walks from the doorstep too.
