With the reception rooms consisting of two living rooms, a dining room and a separate kitchen, this property has ample space for groups to holiday together in comfort. The extra space in the large hallway, the utility cupboard in the kitchen and the garden summerhouse are invaluable for lots of pairs of sandy shoes, wetsuits and towels after a day at the beach. Gather for a sociable meal in the dining room before settling to watch a film in the living room in front of the wood burner-effect electric fire. Upstairs find soothing greys and blues with flashes of pattern in the soft furnishings. The two super-king-size bedrooms can be made into two twin rooms, adaptable for many different party make-ups, whilst the king-size bedroom has a set of bunks making it the perfect family room. We spent an excellent week in Regency house. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. The location was handy for shops, restaurants and beach - we had a really lovely holiday and would highly recommend it.

Great to have home charger for Electric Vehicle. House is so spacious we never felt on top of each other, a generously proportioned house and garden. Great for local bus services, access to coast path and the town itself. Excellent response from owners when we had queries. Great location, lovely house . The house was absolutely spotlessly clean . The beds were huge. We had such a relaxing time with the family. The welcome note and Easter Cake were a really nice touch. The weather was mixed but didn't spoil anything as there is iso much to do in the area .

Lovely house with plenty of living space for 8 people and a dog to spread out. Garden was also very good and fully enclosed, though a bit chilly to sit out. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the shops. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely big house. It was a period house but with clean and modern decor and furnishings. There was a lovely sunny enclosed garden which was a real sun-trap. It was well-equipped in the kitchen and dining room. Also was in a quiet location but less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Easy parking for 2 cars. Everything was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. It's in a great location. The owners were very welcoming when we collected the keys. We're very much looking forward to coming again.
