Situated between the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Lake District National Park, this house is the ideal base for walking enthusiasts and lovers of the outdoors. For days when you don’t intend to stray far, simply admire the scenery from the garden, and take part in seasonal activities on the farm, feeding the lambs and touring the bluebell wood. Groups of family and friends can gather here for a truly special time together, with the house sleeping eight people across four bedrooms.

Inside you’ll find spacious interiors, elegant decor, and rooms flooded with natural light. You’re free to spread out and gather together as you wish, with beautiful living areas that will comfortably accommodate the whole party. Light the wood burner in the lounge after a day in the countryside, and warm your feet on the underfloor heating that runs throughout the ground floor. Watch a programme on the Smart TV and play family games as the Bluetooth speaker plays your favourite music. Those who wish for a peaceful moment with a hot drink and a good book, can retire upstairs to the mezzanine. It overlooks the lounge, so you won’t feel apart from the main group, whilst giving you a relaxed and bright space to sit and read. Tuck into home-cooked meals in the large kitchen/diner. Perch at the breakfast bar for snacks and nibbles as the cooking gets underway, and sit round the table for your dinner, followed by discussions about what to do in the days ahead. With so many people, nobody will want to do the cleaning, but not to worry - the house takes care of it! There’s a dishwasher for the crockery, and a utility area that holds the washing machine and a tumble dryer to refresh your clothes. Settle into bed for a good night’s rest, whether in one of the three ground-floor bedrooms, or the master just off the mezzanine. Head outside via the lounge’s patio doors when the weather is good and take a seat in the enclosed garden.
