This beautiful farmhouse is the perfect location for a large family gathering. With plenty of character and a peaceful walled garden to relax in, this property will provide you with a unique experience to be remembered. Complete with a playroom for the children that also has a mix of boardgames that can be enjoyed by all, there really is something for everyone to enjoy in this superb accommodation. Located in the large village of Hunmanby you are just 2 miles from Filey Beach, a 5-mile stretch of sandy beach great for kite flying, rock pooling and building sandcastles. With the property welcoming along two of your dogs, the beach is a great place for getting sandy paws, although be sure to check the restrictions during high season.

Sleeping up to ten people across five thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, this property has more than enough space for the whole family to come and stay. Full of charm and character, exposed beams and ornamental fireplaces are seen throughout. There is a gas wood burner in the lounge area which can be lit to add ambience to the room. Put on a film and snuggle down for a cosy evening in, or head outside to the garden where a charcoal BBQ can be made available. The walls enclosing this space make it safe for children and dogs to run free whilst you dine alfresco with a crisp glass of white wine and make the most of the evening sunshine. If eating inside is your preferred choice, then the traditional dining room will certainly fit the bill. Dine in style around the large wooden table and spend some quality time together. With one bathroom and two shower rooms, getting ready in the morning is made easy so you can start the day fresh and ready for an adventure.

A perfect home for our family pre-Xmas get together. Very easy, comfortable, everything we needed, lots of spaces for being together and having time out. Chimney might need a sweep so we could have enjoyed the log burner, but overall a superb weekend. Great location, despite the snow and ice managed a nice walk to the Gap. We were a family of 9 plus two dogs staying for a week. The property is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and has a lot of character. It is well located for shops and pubs and there are also several food outlets nearby. The weather could have been kinder but despite this we had an enjoyable family holiday.

House and Garden are beautiful comfortable and homely with lots of space. Bathrooms downstairs could do with an update but this didn't spoil our holiday. Good location for visiting other places. Village has a good selection of shops and pubs close by and local people are so friendly. We would recommend to friends.

Stayed over new year and an excellent location with shops and a couple of pubs a stones throw away. Very quirky house with lots of rooms downstairs so everyone could have their own space when they needed it! Fridge and oven space was lacking for a group of 10 we struggled to do a roast dinner with one small oven on New Years Day.
