Get the family together and stay in the gorgeous Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only a stone's throw from the regal Blenheim Palace. It's a spacious family home with plenty of space to unwind and for 12 to sleep, with only a short walk into the nearby village of Stonesfield.

Set over three storeys and offering a generous abundance of space, this home maintains the countryside charm you'd expect from a property deep in the Cotswolds. Wooden beams and unique triangular windows add to the traditional appeal of the decor. The open-plan living space offers a sociable area in which to cook, dine and relax in front of the TV. Settle into one of the cushy sofas and switch on the TV whilst the wood burner flickers in the centre of the room, the cosiest way to end any day. The chef of the house will enjoy cooking up a storm in the kitchen or firing up the BBQ outside on the terrace. You have the option of dining under cover or alfresco with large dining tables both in the kitchen and in the rear garden, and kids will love running around on the lawn whilst the adults are left clearing up. Finishing the property are an impressive six bedrooms across the first and second floor, including a master and charming twin delicately set in the eaves of the house. You'll also find a king-size room with twin room attached, perfect for families with younger kids.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage catered really well for 12 people with a lovely social space, kitchen and garden. The setting was beautiful right in the middle of the countryside but easy access to Woodstock.

Excellent large house for a family get together. It was clean throughout the accommodation but tired in places as some things need replacing. As mentioned previously a welcome pack would be very helpful. It was an ideal house which suited ours needs with plenty of hot water and loads of space.
