Take time to relax in fine surroundings of the grounds or the beautiful nearby villages. Outdoor swimming pool, games room, tennis court and boules all onsite

Occupying a beautiful spot in an extensive country estate, this fresh and imaginatively converted former coach house offers spacious but cosy accommodation for up to eight guests. The property is one of four barn conversions on the land surrounding Treworgey Manor, which can be booked together to accommodate larger groups. With 110 acres of fields and woodland to explore, plus an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and games room, this is a fabulous holiday base for a larger family or a group of friends. The cottage is ideally situated for discovering the southern coast of Cornwall, with the charming market town of Liskeard nearby (2 miles) and the unspoilt landscapes of Bodmin Moor just a couple of miles to the north.

A few steps lead down from the hallway to the spacious lounge which makes a wonderfully relaxing space. Beautifully furnished and with original oak beams, wooden floors and an open fire, the lounge is a lovely room for you all to gather and unwind. You can watch a movie on the Smart TV, play billiards, or snuggle up and chat about the day. An open doorway leads through to the stylish and impressive kitchen/diner which is a fantastic, fully equipped area for cooking and enjoying a special family meal. Upstairs, the four cosy bedrooms have been charmingly decorated and retain original features including exposed beams and wooden flooring: there’s a super-king-size room with an en-suite bathroom, a king-size room, and two twin rooms. Heading outside, you can relax in the enclosed garden which has plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ on the decked area, making this an ideal spot for al fresco dining at the end of a lovely day. There are a number of facilities which are shared with the other properties including the heated outdoor saltwater pool (available May-September), a tennis court, boules court, a games room with a pool table, table football and dartboard, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host was attentive but not intrusive and any concerns were dealt with promptly. Th e games room, pool and tennis court were a real bonus and would suit, as we were, a multi generational group. Beautiful surroundings.

We really enjoyed our family week with mixed ages and a baby.
