Lovely, well equipped property in nice rural spot. Really comfortable and lovely to have milk and homemade cake on arrival. Rooms were great sizes and everything needed. Nice walks directly from the house. Recommend local pub, The Yew Tree for great sunday roast.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the lovely The Well house. The space and comfort is great and even though you're on a working farm, it's peaceful with some nice country walks nearby. There's everything you need in the house for a great holiday and everywhere is clean we liked the quality of the bed linen and towels. Lovely quiet location . Being on a working farm was great, even our teens loved it . Lots of local walks which were excellent for our 2 labradors. The cottage is very well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils. We were supplied with tea,coffee,fizz, milk and a homemade lemon drizzle cake. A lovely property for our family celebration weekend. Accommodated 8 adults and 3 dogs with plenty of space for everyone. inside and out. The utility/boot room was really useful as was the outside hose pipe for rinsing off muddy dogs. My family group of 8 spent a very happy week at Tirley Well House in March 2024. The barn conversion is to a very high standard and the property contains everything needed. It is very comfortable and there is loads of private parking. It was also good to see a working farm in action.

Fantastic property, warm and welcoming very homely, but without feeling like you are in someone else's home. Huge amounts of equipment for cooking load of sofas to chill out. We can recommend this beautiful house. It was even better than the website showed. So spacious and very well kitted out with quality items. We particularly appreciated all the plates, cups and glasses in the kitchen. Having a second outer kitchen/utility room was great for storing costs. boots and food items. We had a lovely week at Tirley Well House. Very clean, a well-equipped kitchen and a secure space for our dogs, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The owners have also been really helpful both before and after our stay, and I'm sure they would have been attentive if we had needed anything during our stay too.

Lovely peaceful cottage in quiet village location with easy access to A38. Generously sized bedrooms and living space, large and very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of parking. Wow what a place, reviews were great before we went and it completely lived up to our expectations. We went for a family holiday with my sisters family and we had a great time. This is a lovely house, in a wonderfully quiet location. It was just what we hoped it would be. The owners were very friendly and helpful, but more than happy to leave us to it, which is what we wanted. I'd thoroughly recommend this property, the lemon cake alone is worth going back for!
