Five-star barn conversion property sleeping up to twelve guests, situated in a stunning secluded area on the North Devon & Somerset boarder, on the edge of Exmoor. Set within 60 acres of beautiful grounds with it’s own ‘field golf’ course, wild swimming lake or stand up paddle boarding (not provided) and private games room.

Stay at this luxury holiday home in gorgeous rural Somerset for a holiday treat to remember. With accommodation for up to 10 guests over five bedrooms, this converted barn is ideal for a family gathering, birthday trip or corporate event. Set within 60 acres of land and with its own scenic hot tub, it's got everything you need to get away from the humdrum of daily life. It's even in a designated Dark Sky Reserve, thanks to minimal light pollution and nocturnal environment, meaning star gazing at night is a must. Two dogs are welcome to come along too – they'll love the location on the edge of Exmoor National Park, which is every canine's dream with its woodland, coastal and riverside trails.

The house is tastefully decorated, with attractive wooden beams and a vaulted ceiling which give it character. Items from the Joules collection dotted around the open-plan kitchen provide statement style. Enjoy lazy breakfasts with endless pots of coffee around the huge dining table, located next to huge glass doors revealing lovely views over the garden. From here, watch the children (and dogs) play happily on the lawn while you discuss what to do for the day. On warm days, how about dining alfresco? There's a BBQ and a fire pit for cooking up a feast for all the family – cook sausages, burgers and skewers outside while preparing salads and dips in the kitchen nearby. Outside you'll also find a hot tub (with a view) that's great for relaxing after long days hiking on Exmoor.
