Need to organise a team-building holiday for your company or a get-together for the extended family? This huge house in North Wales accommodates up to 22 guests, with plenty of space for everybody to relax over nine bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and a huge dining room for those group meals. You'll be near Snowdonia National Park and the Shropshire Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – perfect for nature lovers. Two dogs are welcome to come along too, so there's no need to leave them at home.

The house is decorated in a cosy, traditional style. Charming features such as wall panelling, door curtains and chandeliers add to the luxurious feel. The main kitchen features a six-hob stove, ample oven space and large table for preparing food en masse, while there's a second kitchen where you can make a quick cuppa if the first is feeling a bit cramped. The charming dining room is ideal for that birthday or wedding anniversary meal – use white tablecloths, candles and plants to create a celebratory vibe and make sure the guest of honour is heading the table. A narrow staircase takes you up to an attic games room which children will adore – they'll be kept busy for hours with activities such as air hockey, table football, toys, board games, a TV and a games console. If you're craving some quiet, lock yourself into one of the bathrooms and enjoy a long soak in a freestanding bath with roll top. Behind the property there's a courtyard with chairs and tables – on mild days, organise group meetings here to discuss the day's events.

Exceptional place for large family gatherings. Plenty of space. There were 13 of us over two generations. Facilities are perfect and the outside area was great with adequate seating. A fabulous place for big family get togethers. The area is beautiful for walks and near major towns. Would book again for sure.
