Property code: 37126

This creatively designed property's layout pushes the boundaries of open plan living with a visually striking living space, opening out onto the decked terrace with French doors and a fabulous party room. The lower ground-floor is just as impressive with the family lounge opening onto the 11-metre long, heated swimming pool. The layout of this spacious house is conducive to hosting a multi-generational family or a group of friends looking for a party house. You can take the whole tribe along to celebrate with five glorious bedrooms and a pile of bathrooms – you could even bring the dogs along too. The North Cornwall coast is rugged and visually striking and this beautiful house is off the beaten track. Perfect for celebration parties and close to the South West Coast Path, plus you are less than a mile from Crackington Haven with its cafes, pub, beach and tennis courts.

The commanding position combined with the country views and proximity to the ocean is breathtaking. The first main living space is a stunner with huge sofas perfectly placed, either for viewing the TV around the fire or for relaxing into the engaging countryside views. The lovely spacious kitchen is crying out for the wannabe master chefs in you and, with your appointed sous chef to do most of the work and pour you a glass of your favourite fizz, you'll cook up a storm. Once your feast is prepared, gather the tribe at the chosen table, inside or out, and share good conversation, food and drink, enjoying each other's company to the max. You do have a fabulous second family room that is just perfect for casting out those that want to play; table football, TV/DVD with surround sound and direct access out to the pool. The clear up is relatively efficient with a dishwasher and of course, many hands make light work. It goes without saying the bedrooms are all beautiful, two up and two down and each has an en suite. This house is home from home, you can even take the dogs, with a few extra playthings and will spoil you all for sure.

Step outside and walk to the beach joining up with the coastal path for spectacular views out to sea. The pretty village of Boscastle is just 5 miles along the coast, Bude with artisan shops, cafes and pubs is 11.5 miles and castellated Tintagel is just 8 miles. For a day out perhaps visit Doc Martin in Port Wen – aka Port Isaac with its oh so narrow streets and the aptly named Squeezy Belly Alley.

Excellent home to stay with family of all ages. The kitchen has everything you need and the games room and pool great to have. The outside fridge is a very nice touch. Some lovely scenery and it's a great place to sit and relax or use as a base to explore nearby places.

A beautifully presented, well laid out property with everything you could want with the added bonus of a heated pool and charcoal bbq. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beautiful location, I would only take small cars as the lanes are narrow and drive quiet tight. Inside was spotless and well kept. The pool was amazing on the sunny days!
