Thoroughly Enjoyed our Holiday at Lympscot Barn , Johnny and caroline Were so kind, there was everything you would require even milk in the fridge ,coffee, sugar tea . The barn was spacious and we enjoyed everyminute at the barn. Driving In the country side was amazing. Kids enjyoned seeing the cows milked. Overall fantastic place to stay.

We had a brilliant time at this cottage the farmer made time for us to see the cows being milked and answer our questions .They were also very helpful with any general questions We were a party of four generations and there was something for all of us Would definitely go again Just remember this is a working farm and cows get up early

Perfect space for our family weekend away. Great fenced back patio area to keep children and dogs secure. Hot tub was enjoyed by all and we all enjoyed hearing and seeing the farm.

Despite the Great British weather, we had a fabulous week. Lympscott Barn is built for maximum comfort, plenty of room for our four granddaughters to play, whilst we enjoyed the comfort of the whole place, including the hot tub. The farm life surrounding the barn fascinated the children, and was strangely comforting. Had a great stay in Kilkhampton. Good facilities, plenty of room for a group of 14. Log fire was nice, as was the hit tub and games room. Bude is about 20 min drive away so not far. V quiet peaceful location. Would stay again.

We had a fabulous time for a 70th birthday with the family. The cottage was fantastic no complaints at all. Bit of the beaten track but that suited us. Would we go there again definitely.

Perfect venue to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. We were greeted by Caroline as arranged who made us feel very welcome. The house exceeded my expectations even though it looks amazing in the pictures. The ground floor bedroom with a wet room was perfect for my elderly parents, and very soundproof from the living area. Very rural and peaceful (other than the cows at milking time). Easy access to surfing beaches, but sadly Tamar Lakes were closed during our visit. We were surprised that there was no cleaning in the middle of our two week stay.

Lympscott Barn was everything we could have dreamed of. The owners were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The barn was well equipped for the 13 members of our family who were with us - ranging from 81 down to 12. We loved Sandymouth Beach 20 minutes drive away and enjoyed walking on the coast path. The Barn was a great social space with a lovely kitchen area which was well equipped.The dining table was a great meeting place for all our party to gather .The jacuzzi was fabulous.We all enjoyed out weekend .

We celebrated a 70th birthday with as many family who could come, we loved the barn and location, some of us even swimming at Bude beach! And pool dipping at Welcome and Sandymouth beaches. The house was warm and inviting and big enough for all of us.

Stunning barn out in the gorgeous countryside, with loads of room for 10 of us girls. It was very clean and beautifullly furnished. It had everything we needed including a huge hot tub and a games room. Only a short drive to the beaches as well. Would 100% recommend to a friend!

Loved our Girls Young Farmers weekend away!! The house was able to make all 13 of us feel we all had our own space but are able to be together at the same time! We were a family of 10 adults and 2 dogs staying over the Xmas week. Absolutely loved the open plan kitchen, dinning room and lounge. Beautiful barn and was very spacious at maximum capacity. The hot tub and games rooms were a great addition and the owners were very friendly making sure we were settled in but also giving us privacy throughout the whole stay.

We booked the barn for our whole family following a cancellation the year before due to Covid. It's the first time we've ever all stayed together and it was very special. The barn space for our party of 8 adults 6 children worked well and we all fully enjoyed our holiday. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we all enjoyed seeing the cows coming and going from the fields into the milking parlour.
