Detached property, perfect for walkers and beach lovers with an abundance of walks and a short drive to the coastline and wonderful beaches, this is the perfect spot to enjoy scenic Pembrokeshire.

The peaceful village of St Ishmaels is within easy reach of some of the most spectacular coastline, an ideal haven and getaway for enthusiastic walkers and nature lovers with a variety of wildlife along the way. There is an array of beaches within easy reach, the nearest is Monkhaven, others include Dale, Marloes and Newgale for keen surfers and water enthusiasts. Regular trips are available to Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm for those keen bird watchers and is a wonderful day out for the family to enjoy the dramatic coastline. There are many towns and villages close by to include St David’s with its grand cathedral, expansive grounds and open-air theatre along with family attractions to include Oakwood Theme Park and nearby Blue Lagoon.

Enter into the hallway, a fantastic welcome into this homely property which has been tastefully decorated throughout. To the right of the entrance hallway is the cosy lounge which has a feature fireplace and French doors out onto the garden and private parking area, a great space to relax in front of the TV. The kitchen/diner is the next room along the entrance hallway and is the social hub of the house with French doors out onto the Garden. This room has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a doorway leading into the utility room, where you will find the washing machine. Here there is also a rear access to the outside. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one king-size and one double, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs, and also a sweet single bedroom and a separate WC. Heading up the stairs from the entrance hallway up to the gallery landing where there are three further bedrooms, the landing also has a small seating area with comfy sofa. There is one king-size, one double and one triple bedroom with three single beds. The bathroom is also located on this floor with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a garden area, the perfect space for al fresco dining with charcoal BBQ. There is also a large gravelled driveway with off-road parking for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
