Wells is perfect for exploring miles of stunning coast and beautiful countryside, and is perfect for visiting Sandringham, Houghton House, the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate and Pensthorpe Natural Park.

The dining area has a large table seating up to twelve. French doors open onto the rear terrace and garden which catches the sun for most of the day. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the nearby utility room. Exploring the ground floor further, you will find a large double bedroom with a king-size bed. There’s also a wet-room with a power shower and WC. There is a separate ground-floor WC. Going upstairs, the landing offers beautiful views over the marsh, and you will find four more bedrooms. There’s a master bedroom with a king-size bed, separate dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a corner shower unit and WC.
