This superb Georgian-style detached house is set in a popular and picturesque seaside town and provides light and spacious accommodation which is perfect for exploring this stunning part of Norfolk.

Holiday in style with the whole family at this beautiful property on the edge of the laidback town of Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast. It has five spacious bedrooms that sleep up to 12 guests and boasts several features that will appeal to young children, including bunk beds, a Wendy house, rocking horse, board games and large lawn for outdoor fun. Less than a mile from the property is the pretty quayside with good pubs, restaurants and shops. It's a fantastic place to sit and eat fish and chips soaked in vinegar while enjoying the magnificent views out to sea – just watch out for hungry seagulls!

Neutral earthy tones run throughout the house, making it feel warm and welcoming. The farmhouse-style kitchen/diner with stylish integrated appliances is stunning. Grab something quick at the breakfast bar before heading out for the day. On your return, gather for a delicious homecooked meal around the dining table as you discuss the highlights of your adventures. On scorching days, make refreshing smoothies for everyone, topped with ice dispensed from the American-style fridge/freezer. On rainy evenings, play board games in the lounge from the collection provided. There's also a spacious king-size bedroom and wet room with power shower and WC on the ground floor – ideal for those who struggle with stairs. The other bedrooms are on the first floor, including an exquisite king-size master bedroom and children's room will bunk beds. Anyone who's young at heart will love the rocking horse on the landing, where the view from the window stretches out over the marsh. Outside, soak up some rays on the large slate terrace while the kids play with the toys in the garden, which is enclosed by trees and a five-bar gate and reached via a few steps. At the front, there's ample parking for four cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Wells is part of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so expect to be bowled over by its mesmerising scenery. It's also very family-friendly, with its golden sandy beach, miniature steam railway and carnival week, so you may not need to venture too far afield to have a good time. But there are other lovely coastal towns to explore too, including Brancaster (10.5 miles) and Hunstanton (17.5 miles), home to unique striped cliffs and a Sea Life Centre where you can get up close to seals and Humboldt penguins. Holkham Hall is only 3 miles from Wells and offers plenty to see and do for all ages, from sumptuous staterooms to a woodland play area.

The location of the property was ideal, near enough to the sea front, but not to close. Wells the sea is a lovely village with numerous restaurants and pubs plus numerous walks along the sea front to explore. Wynswept House was very spacious with good parking to the front with a nice garden to the rear. It is within walking distance of numerous resRead moretaurants and pubs, plus a Co Op supermarket 2 minutes away. Hide

Excellent luxury house, very homely and spacious feel. The Christmas decorations were a very nice touch and the enclosed garden perfect for dogs.

We had a wonderful week at Wyndswept,the family all settled in very home from home. Close proximity to the town and all very friendly ,relaxing very interesting,beautiful beaches

An ideal holiday cottage for multi -generational use; plenty of space and well equipped. The downstairs wet room is particularly useful when returning from the beach. Short walk to quite large co-op. which stocks most things.

Lovely large house with a really super garden for children to play. All the equipment you could want - Barbeque, table tennis table etc.
