From here double doors open onto the Courtyard. Leading of the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen also has a contemporary pantry with extra storage cupboards. Off the impressive hall you will find the snug, a perfect quiet place to read and plan the next day’s activities. Heading up to the first floor you will find four sumptuous bedrooms, one super- king size with en-suite shower and WC, 1 Super- king size zip-and-link (which can be made into a 2'6 twin on request), 1 king- size and 1 King-size  with en-suite WC. There is a stunning bathroom with free standing bath and WC, perfectly designed to unwind in a bubble bath. Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find two further queen-size bedrooms and a shower room with shower and WC. You will also find a second lounge on this floor with Smart TV, DVD and board games.

The enclosed garden has a lawn with table and chairs, BBQ and a fire pit to roast marshmallows and gather round the fire. There is plenty of space within the house to store your bicycles and there is ample off-road parking at the property within a gated driveway.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
