This detached home enjoys an elevated position offering stunning views across the surrounding countryside, with spacious accommodation that guests can enjoy whatever the occasion or time of year.

You are within walking distance to the centre of this vibrant market town. Ledbury is a fascinating place to explore, where you will find an excellent choice of amenities offering good local food and crafts along with inviting Herefordshire hospitality. Known for its unique black and white timber frame cottages, lying on the border of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, this ideal location showcases the region's finest country and wealth of historic towns and villages, including the Malvern Hills, or Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester. For the best of both worlds, there is a train station just a short walk away to take a stress-free train ride on the direct Worcester and Hereford line to London.

From the driveway, take the steps up to the front door and take a minute to enjoy the views before you go inside the porch where you can leave your coats and boots behind after a day exploring. The porch gives access to the kitchen/diner, cool and contemporary in style and most definitely the hub of this home. The black granite work tops with high gloss cabinets create the perfect backdrop for entertaining, enhanced with fantastic views from the large picture window and is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and dishwasher, and small TV. A large dining table with seating for ten takes centre stage. There is a separate WC accessed off the kitchen and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. For relaxing, step into the lounge, a spacious room with open fire and TV/DVD where you can sink into the comfortable sofas and catch up with friends, there is also a telescope for stargazing or spotting wild life in the day time. The lounge enjoys views across the countryside along with glazed patio doors giving access to the gardens. There is a snug that also enjoys views onto the gardens for those wanting to hide away with a good book. So, when the day is done, steep turned stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the four bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with stunning views to the front, and an en-suite shower room and WC, and a further double bedroom with views to the rear garden. One of the twin bedrooms also has far-reaching views over the valley, whilst a further twin enjoys the morning sun and garden views to the back. Completing the accommodation there is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

The gardens are situated to the rear of the property, relax on the patio with a morning coffee or take a stroll up the various landscaped levels and enjoy a lazy afternoon with a good book or a spot of al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for three cars.
