This impressive detached barn conversion, nestling in the heart of Devon, offers families or groups a great holiday home, with a degree of seclusion, a private hot tub and fabulous countryside views.

The nearby town of Tiverton has a pretty canal offering boats for hire. Slightly further afield is the historic city of Exeter, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants. On entering this attractive and spacious property, which has beautiful exposed beams throughout, you will find yourself in the inviting and cosy lounge, with its feature fireplace, traditional wood burner (first basket of logs included) and SmartTV/DVD. The elegant kitchen/diner has glass doors offering views of the garden and beyond. The dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a special meal or grabbing a snack. The stylish and traditional kitchen has everything you may need including a range style electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, TV and wine cooler. West Farleigh was set in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle of life in the city. The property was very spacious, filled with rustic charm and provided the ideal atmosphere to spend quality time with family and friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at this fantastic barn despite the rather wet weather! Stunning views from the barn and garden and we enjoyed watching deer, house martins and a barn owl. The barn is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were really helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing! Enjoyed walks from the barn anRead mored visited local restaurants. The property is beautiful and well equipped - we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and views BUT it is remote - so be aware! At least 5 miles from shops and facilities along narrow country lanes. Having said that its in a good central position in Devon to explore both North and South coast.

A welcome basket of goodies and a vase of roses awaited us on arrival. Jenny the owner visited to make sure everything was Ok and to orientate us with the property. We had a magical time with friends and family in a beautiful setting, with everything we needed for all ages. The Barn exceeded our expectations.

We stayed here for a weekend as a group and it was perfect with its open plan kitchen/living area for socialising. Would highly recommend, we absolutely loved it!

Wow. What a beautiful place the barn was huge. If only I could win the lottery. Everything was to a very high standard. Hot tub was lovely just relaxing in there drinking in the views. Would definitely recommend paying this wonderful place a visit. Hope to be back there soon

A beautiful barn and beautiful location. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. Everything was just as we'd hoped it would be. The comments in the guest book in the property are testament to Mark & Jenny's thoughts and efforts to make every stay special. I struggled to get hold of them before our visit so was getting a little anxious however I neRead moreedn't have been.
