Once belonging to the historic Hafod Estate, this stylish barn conversion is nestled amongst 13 acres of private grounds for truly private celebrations.

Embracing open-plan living throughout, the accommodation is arranged over two floors and features Welsh oak beams, roaring wood burning stoves, double height ceilings, exposed stonework and contemporary fixtures and fittings. Offering three large kitchens and three spacious dining areas, the property is extremely well-equipped to cater for large parties and corporate events.

There is plenty of choice to keep guests of all ages entertained, with a large American billiards/pool table in the games room and a piano, table football, cinema and Wi-Fi projector in the versatile communal room.

Arranged over two floors, the bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully presented, to include family suites, a honeymoon suite and children’s bunk bedrooms.

Outside, the impressive grounds extend to 13 acres of grass and woodlands. Picnic tables, benches and BBQ sets provide al fresco dining for more than 50 guests, while a full-size football/rugby pitch sets the scene for many competitive games. A dedicated children’s play area will keep younger residents busy, while adults can retreat to the large outdoor hot tub for a relaxing soak.

LOCAL AREA: There is much to enjoy near this high-quality barn conversion set in beautiful countryside at the foot of the Cambrian Mountains. On your doorstep you’ll find stunning scenery and wildlife, beautiful walks, fishing, mountain biking nearby and plenty of opportunity to view the red kites gliding above. Devil’s Bridge Nestling between the Cambrian Mountains and the Cardigan Bay coastline, Devil's Bridge has been a tourist attraction for centuries, famous for the unique arrangement of its three bridges which are built one on top of the other.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Experience an unforgettable journey on the Rheidol Valley Steam Railway which journeys through the magnificent Welsh countryside from Aberystwyth to Devil’s Bridge - enjoy spectacular views of the wooded Rheidol Valley on the hour-long journey. Rheidol Cycle Trail, the seaside village of Borth (with its zoo), and the Red Kite Centre, are also in the area. The historical Hafod Estate is relaxing day trip for those that love classic landscapes. There are waterfalls, a narrow suspension bridge over a gorge, an obelisk built in 1805, narrow wooded valleys, open parkland, rushing streams and an alpine bridge. For shops and all the trappings of a traditional day out at the seaside, you can embark on a trip to Aberystwyth. A visit to the Ceredigion Museum on the high street is a must! Try a ride on the longest electric cliff railway in Britain climbing to the top of Constitution Hill. There is a fantastic panoramic view, a 'camera obscura' and a café for a little refreshment.
