Exquisitely decorated throughout, this luxury Pembrokeshire house is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is bursting with luxury facilities. Sleeping up to 28 guests, there are 11 en-suite bedrooms, six with sea views and five with garden views.

The Great Hall extends the full length of the house from front to back and opens out onto a fabulous terrace with views to the sea. The hall's galleried landing overlooks a comfortable library area with games, puzzle table and a large dolls' house, all lit by stunning chandeliers.

The stylish Sky Room with its expansive glass roof (wonderful for star gazing) is at the centre of this stunning location providing views from many fireside sofas of the valley, its cliffs on both sides and, of course, the beach and sea. The Dining Room has the same stunning outlook as the Sky Room with French doors opening onto the terrace. It has a lovely mix of tables and chairs to accommodate different sizes of parties.

Cooking enthusiasts will love the two superbly equipped kitchens - the family one with an Aga style range cooker and the Cook's kitchen with two electric/gas range cookers - perfectly set up for 'bake-offs'! Waters Edge even has a professionally equipped Music Room, a mid-grand piano and a fabulous Billiard Room with full size table and bar - reminiscent of a gentleman's club.

If you ever tire of sun, sea and sand there is an Arts & Crafts room equipped with lots of things to keep everyone busy, a selection of games, books, films and music, a fully-fitted office suite with computers and a Gym which proudly features possibly the very best view ever experienced from a treadmill - a great help with the exercise routine!

The tranquil gardens are an idyllic escape for families and friends alike, with plenty of outdoor games to enjoy including: table tennis, rounders, speedminton on the lawn, archery in the top field. Wander through acres of woodland carpeted in spring bluebells, hydrangeas and wild flowers.

LOCAL AREA: The Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path is famed amongst walkers, birdwatchers, botanists and all nature lovers and it is on your doorstep when you stay at Waters Edge. The harbour town of Tenby is 10-minutes from the property and boast glorious beaches and is a fascinating medieval walled town.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: From Tenby harbour book a voyage to Caldey, a serene and tranquil island with a Cistercian Monastery, arrange a fishing expedition or take a bird watching and seal spotting trip. For the more adventurous there is kite and wind surfing on South Beach and para-gliding from the harbour too. Saundersfoot is busy seaside village, popular with families which has a pretty harbour and ideal for a day trip. There are three lovely beaches including The Glen - great for rock pooling at low tide - as well as a selection of restaurants and gift shops.

Golfers have a choice of 2 championship courses within 3 miles - Tenby Golf Club - the oldest Club in the Principality and the parkland course of Trefloyne - both challenging courses for beginners and experts alike!
